Walmart updated there coupon policy and it is a good one! Click here and go to the bottom of the page and click on Our Coupon Policy. My favorite part of it is this:
Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase.
This is big news I am so excited.
